I had no hope, in most cases huge corporations like Ubisoft dont give a *** but with Pissed Consumer I got my account back in a jiffy, 2 days and I was back in which is insane considering the average is 3 weeks to get a sufficient response, I highly reccomend pissed consumer if you are having account issues with a huge corporation.

Confusing website, ordered an update item by accident. Very pushy and deceiving website with up to 4 additional items theyre heavily handed selling you. Veiled threat of do not push back button or you may be charged twice Do not buy! Unfortunately for me I did not check out reviews beforehand. Once I did all signs pointed to do not buy. Was easier to get in touch via pissed consumer than I thought it would be however.

This Company has done a awesome job, without these I would be still trying to get my complaint to Startselect.

This company is brilliant, without them I would be out of pocket. Being old dosint help especially as it's the right wording what completes a true saying . But without these I would be begging for help.But can I say Thankyou.

Thank you because I believe the reason the company got back to me right away was because of this site.

I have sent them over 10 emails and got the same response which makes me think it was just a robot and the company really didn't care. Thank you again

User's recommendation: I highly recommend this company if you have an issue and you do not get a response after 10 emails I didn't even know this company existed but I'm going to save this in my notes the name of this company because they resolve the issue in one day and I was working on it for over a month I highly recommend them.

Great idea, no support

I wrote a detailed email through your site to Dollar Shave Club. I pushed SEND.

I got a message that I must verify my email with a link that was being sent. Never received. Hit RESEND several times. No link.

Could not get back to the page with my detailed email--now have to do it over. No phone # for Pissed Consumer.

No phone contact that answers at Dollar Shave Club. Customer Service total fail.

Preferred solution:

Phone call or number that would be answered when a consumer--like me--calls for help. Have the verification code link fixed.

Pretended to be helping git my info then sent a form for membership in order to speak with customer service very deceitful interactions.

Horrible

I writing this way to rate your "help" due to me not even being able to load your review on the link you provided. I was very frustrated that I couldn't get to a real live person to help me with a technical issue with Google play subscriptions and when I decided that maybe it was better to use this company I tried it but all I got was a couple of rings and the disconnected.

The number provided by a reputable company to call customer service support for Google was a joke. I called that line and for a second I thought I would be speaking to a representative they answered but said hello 4 times like they could hear me then hung up on me. I tried to call back and for the rest of the day all I got was a busy line signal.

Poor rating all around and no my issue wasn't fixed or resolved. Really sad an multimillion dollar company can't provide a good costumer service support.

I deleted my account last summer but still get charged

I closed my account last summer but the membership fee is still being deducted from my credit card. Without the ability to log in I cant contact those responsible.

Fraudulent! I demand a refund.

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, as well as a number of other respected resources and publications, “pissed” or “pissed off” is the synonym of exactly that - being upset, being annoyed, being irritated. Thus, a “pissed consumer” = an “angry, upset, unhappy consumer”.

And here is another strong argument in defense of the word “pissed”: We at PissedConsumer have been successfully working with such world reknown media organizations as The Washington Post, Forbes, etc. These organizations refer to our business and our website and quote us freely.

In pissed consumer page the Google advertisements r running it's inappropriate and the other category like meesho , cashify customers wer calling the wrong number it is irritating and irrelevant calls

I m straight away warning u guys to run the Google ads in proper way otherwise I'll rise the complaint in consumer court direct through the law

Scam support offering, this is not a good site if complaining about a product this is not the genuine company the complaint is aimed at

They got me to the correct place when nobody else could including my bank

I was charged twice of 14.99 and because I was able to speak to someone instead ov a computer i managed to get a full refund

User's recommendation: Try this site it let's the company know your not happy with it being called pissed consumer. They didn't question my complaint just gave me a full refund right away
